In Virngham ashram which is apx. 1 hour from Ahmedabad sadhak named ZANDU (real name Narender, as asaram changes names in is cult), who came from MP. 2yrs ago on Sunday was murdered. He was sanchalak of Virangham ashram. No FIR about the murder was ever written, after murdering criminals of asaram called asaram that Zandu is dead now what do with dead body, then asaram told them to NIPTA lo mamla. Bidhisa was there. Asaram was in his Ahmedabad ashram.

Amor Bhai (Pile Vastra wala, there is another Amor also but this is the one who was given yellow clothes to wear) about 7 yrs ago his age was around 35 at that time Near Surat there is an ashram, he was sanchalak. He saw asaram in sexual exploitation and he didn’t wanted to be in ashram. Asaram told sadhaks to beat him brutally that he was dead. Asaram himself got his ritual done in Ahmedabad ashram itself, & in front of sadhaks he said he was stealing from ashram & now he couldn’t bear the pain of stealing so did suicide. Vanzara helped him to rush up the murder case. Body was given fire ritual and body finished. NO FIR, NO complaint. But there are over 37 witnesses who saw this murder.

Naresh Murder age 10-11yrs.- Ahmedabad – They were two bothers from mujaffurnagar, their Mother / Father started living in ashram & at that time asaram had no gurukul to brainwash so kids used to go outside to study in school. This story is apx. 10 yrs ago in Ahmedabad Naresh was murdered in ashram but ashram said he did suicide. 10 yrs old kid did suicide ? why ? No police complaint? No FIR ? Asaram ashram did fire ritual of the body. Witnesses are out of his ashram & some are still there. story can be confirmed with anyone who is associated with Ahmedabad ashram from 10 yrs.

Naresh Trivedi – Asaram used to call him CID as he was used to give information about other ashram inmates to asaram. He used to work as angad sewak, & used to read books for asaram so asaram can raata maro those things to speak in his pravachans. The day he was murdered asaram told ashram wasi there in Rishikesh that he has drowned in gunga river. nadi mein doob kar mar gaya hai.

Vashi -From Bombay – his sister still lives in ashram and under illusion of asaram. He used to work in rishi Prasad in day & in night he was security man of ashram. murdered in ashram because he was protesting his sisters misuse 7 sexual exploitation but after murdering Asaram said nadi mein doob kar mar gaya. mari gaya to zinda kar do kya ?

Balalk das maharaj – Karol bagh ashram – he used to run this ashram & asaram promised him he will give him 5 lakh if gives this ashram to him. he agreed but Asaram moved in and before asaram could pay him out asaram ordered his murder through poison. Goverdhan & Ram bhai jattadhari, Ashok bhai bhandari (vaid) (he is asaram in chetna ke swar) ne zahar de kar maar diya & asaram took over the forest land where ashram was there, then later asaram expanded the coverage of land by himself as whole land is of forest department of government & no construction can be done but asaram still has the possession of the land.

Variayo – Rajokri ashram – He came from Orrisa and was working to construct rajokri ashram in 2002 one night snake had bitten him. ashram people had called Kaka mani in Karol bagh that snake had bitten him 7 we need to take him to hospital. Kaka mani said we will look into this in the morning, no need to worry he is chotta jaati ka aadmi. In the morning ashram people took him to hospital where he was declared dead, Narayan sai in Karol bagh ashram touched the body and said main isko zinda kar sakta hoon, par agar yeh zindda ho gaya to sukhi nahin rahega saari zindagi, zinda karoon kya ? People around him said no. They then took the dead body for fire ritual, narayan sai asaram bapu’s son gave kandha for a minute & kaka mani took the body to cremation ground. They got rid of the body easily. poor parents had came from Orrisa but were no even offered water in ashram & they were told your son ne sadgadhi prapt kar li hai kyonki narayan sai ne kandha diya hai usko.

Ahilya AYARI – Durbhungha – bihar – narayan sai told village people that he can make any one bring to life even though if he dead with sanke bit. village people came & told him we have our daughter dead two days ago and we have buried the child in ground can you make her alive ? narayan said yes bring the dead body to me. whole village went back but half of village people didn’t came under superstition so they stopped parents to take the dead body from ground. parents came back to naryan sai ashram & told him to do his pooja in cremation ground itself so come with them. Narayan sai got scared as he knew he can’t bring that dead girl to life because he wanted that child to bring to ashram o he can eat the flesh, but how will he do it there in front of people. so he sent one another tantrik from ashram with pipal ki leaves. But in cremation ground dead body was taken out tantrik of asaram & narayan put people leaves in nose & ear nothing happened. Villagers got agitated they went back to ashram to kill narayan for playing with their feelings but narayan fled to Nepal that night. this story was published in local news paper of Durbhungha. It just shows asaram & narayan have pattern of murders & then playing with dead bodies. Both have no feelings for dead alive people. This is why parents of so many people are victims who are asking for their son & daughter back from his ashram.

Jaswant singh s/o Pratap singh – Rajokri delhi. Three teenagers were in ashram and ashram people got hold of them thinking they are here to steal. They tied them up upside down on tree to all three, & were beating them, in the mean time asaram came to give his speech, all who were beating went there and forgot that kids are still hanging on tree. By the time they came back one was dead. they threatend the two and told them to run away. Then dead body was taken to kapoor’s warehouse in najafgarh. From there after two day the dead body was taken to haridwaar in ashram, cut in pieces then put in bag then thrown in gunga. Police still can’t find body. eventhoguh 6 people were caught they admitted in their bayan yes the jaswant is dead, but his motorcycle was planted at new delhi rly station and declared he has gone outside of delhi. Pratap ji still doesn’t know his son is dead, it’s hard for us to reveal to him. so please atleast inform him. He is still hoping for the son to be back from asaram ashram or facts to be revealed to him.

From couple of years ago asaram is brainwashing educated people & thier parents come up with legal cases against asaram so to protect himself Asaram has made a contract paper it is called  ajjevan daan paper which he gets signed from brainwashed fanatics once they are brainwashed & are manipulated to live in ashram. it says now they ar giving thier life to asaram. HUMM  think about it.  what will you do if your own family member or son gets involved with asaram.

Although asaram had take the kubza on it.  People had protested the misuse of mandir land by asaram who had taken some rooms as sewa for ashram.  all boxes full of cash was rushed in maruti van of asaram ashram and was taken away before police could write or take hold of all cash. unreported money , all cash, all money is from tears & blood of slaves & victims who are being made fool by asaram.

– Goregaon – land is a park but he snatched public property and local public is harrased.
– Banaras ashram has case- lot of stories to tell about Banaras.
– Surat ashram is built on property whose real land owners are threatened – case in court- court said asaram to leave his ashram and give property back to real owners.
– Ahmedabad – Narayan vatika – Motera zamin – cases are there.
– Lucknow – court cases – Ajay shah is handling – with the help of police office Mr. Vikram singh (SP may be) got real land owner arrested and Ajay shah manipulated everything to harass victims.
– Bhavnagar – municipality came and broke the ashram land which asaram had grabbed in the last week of September.

– Pushkar  – Aam wale baba ke ashrm par kabza – real owner is Mr. Chetan Pawar.

– Haridwaar  kali pura gaon – the way of village itslef is isturbed by asaram grabbing their land. school in village which is run by people from mumbai had wanted to fix the way to school but asaram sent his criminals to threaten the school people. whole village dislikes the asaram ashram.  Remember asaram bapu ashrams are meant for slavery brainwashing & as brothels all over india.

– Himmat nagar – grahm panchayat ki zamin – case pending.
There are much more to list of these big properties. same way there are 87 small properties of real people whose private homes are taken by asaram bapu with his criminals in the name of donation. His sadhak have snatched private homes assets of these people & now those people have to pay asaram to leave their homes.

Narayan Sai fails to turn up for questioning

AHMEDABAD: Narayan Sai, son of Asaram Bapu, did not turn up before CID (crime) officials on Tuesday. He had been given two days to report before the CID for questioning in connection with the mystery deaths of two students of Asaram Gurukul – Dipesh and Abhishek Vaghela.

CID officials also confessed that they did not have any idea of probable location of Narayan. According to CID (crime) officials , Narayan could not be contacted on Tuesday when the officials tried the phone numbers of his ashram and even some of his devotees.

“The next action will soon be devised on the basis of the reply we have got. Sai has failed to turn up, worsening the case for himself. It was supposed to be a routine questioning, as he had been in touch with Asaram Gurukul in Motera,” said a CID official.

The officials also said that Sai does not have any charges against him but they wanted to confirm his role in the episode following media reports . Sai was called upon for a routine check.

Narayan Sai has a separate ashram in Gambhoi in Sabarkantha. He also visits Asaram various ashrams across the country.

Various people have claimed to have provided investigating officials enough proof against the father-son duo.

Gujarat HC asks police to file FIRs against Asaram followers

Ahmedabad, Aug 26: Gujarat High Court on Tuesday asked the police to file FIRs against the Asaram Bapu’s followers who had attacked media persons and people during the July 18 shutdown here over mysterious deaths of two boys of a school run by the asram of the spiritual leader.

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed by NGO Jan Sangarsh Manch last week asking for setting up of a Special Investigation Team to probe the attacks on mediapersons and people living near the Asaram Bapu ashram here by supporters of the religious guru last month.

A Division Bench of Acting Chief Justice M S Shah and Justice D H Waghela ordered the police to file FIRs against Asaram’s ‘sadhaks’ (followers) and take appropriate action.

The court also said the NGO, which claims to have a list of people attacked by the sadhaks, will provide the names to the police for investigation in the case.

The PIL has also sought compensation from the state government for the people injured in the attacks.

Violence was reported in the city during a bandh called to protest the death of Abhishek and Dipesh Vaghela who were students of a school run by the ashram.

Their decomposed bodies were found from the bank of river Sabarmati near here on July 5, two days after they were reported missing.

State CID (Crime) has not been able to solve the mystery behind the death of the boys.

Asaram Ashram asked to vacate land in Surat

The 34,000 sqare metre land was encroached by authorities of Asaram Ashram Trust in 1995 

Ahmedabad: Gujarat High Court on Friday rejected the appeal of Asaram Bapu Trust in Surat against the single judge bench order, and directed it to vacate the land in Jahangirpura area of the city and return it to its original owners.

 

A division bench of Justices R M Doshit and S D Dave rejected the appeal of the Trust against the order of single- judge bench of Justice M R Shah passed in 2006.

The land in Jahagirpura belonged to some farmers. It was acquired under the provisions of Land Acquisition Act by the state government for public use.

The 34,000 sq mt land was encroached by authorities of Asaram Ashram Trust in 1995. The state government later passed an order regularising the encroachment in January 1997.

Angered over this, Anil Vyas, one of the farmers whose land was acquired by the state government and later transfered it to the Trust, approached the Gujarat High Court and challenged the government’s decision.

Adv Nimish Kapadia, appearing on behalf of Vyas had contended that this land was acquired by state government for public use and not to be given to any organisation for private use. He said no consent was taken from Vyas or other farmers before transferring the land to the Trust.

The court after hearing the arguments from Vyas’s and government’s side had decided in favour of Vyas and has ordered Ashram Trust to vacate the land.

Asaram Bapu’s son booked for forgery

MUMBAI: The Virar police have registered a case against Narayan Sai, the son of spiritual guru Asaram Bapu, on Friday, for forgery and criminal intimidation.

At present, 35-year-old Narayan lives at Sabarmati in Gujarat. No arrests have been made so far.

The case is three years old. The complainant, Mahendra Chawla, is an insurance advisor. He used to live at Asaram Bapu’s ashram in Virar between May 1998 and August 2005.

Chawla told the police that in July 2005, he along with other inmates had objected to Narayan’s activities at the ashram. Consequently, Narayan had allegedly forced him to sign on five blank documents.

“After receiving threats, I decided to leave the ashram,” Chawla told TOI. But when asked why it took him three years to file an FIR, Chawla could not come up with an answer.

The FIR also includes the names of two other men Kaushalya Thakur and Rajendra Singh who work with Narayan. Sections 323, 465, 468, 504, 506, 507 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code have been applied to him for forgery and criminal intimidation.

CID seeks permission for narco test on Asaram Ashram inmates

Ahmedabad, August 23

The CID (Crime) has sought permission for a narco-analysis test on two ashram inmates in connection with the mysterious deaths of two minor boys at the Asaram Ashram-run gurukul in Ahmedabad in July.

The investigating agency moved the application today for a test on Pankaj Saxena, rector at the Asaram Ashram gurukul in Motera and Yogesh Bhati, a sadhak at the ashram, after failing to make much headway into the investigations.

The application was moved in the Metropolitan Court that has put the matter for hearing on August 22.

The mutilated bodies of Abhishek and Deepak Vaghela were found in the Sabarmati river bed on July 5, two days after they mysteriously disappeared from the ashram

Seize Asaram Bapu’s passport: Congress leader

Ahmedabad, Aug 9 (IANS) The passport of religious leader Asaram Bapu should be temporarily seized till the probe into the death of two children in a school run by his ashram here is completed, said Gujarat Congress vice president Ashok Punjabi.

 

With pressure mounting on Asaram Bapu, he may try to get away to a safe haven abroad. Punjabi told IANS Saturday.

‘We are calling for the case to be handed over to the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation). Four deaths have taken place in a short span,’ he said.

Dipesh Vaghela, 10, and his cousin Abhishek Vaghela, 11, were found dead on the riverbed near the ashram at Motera here July 4, and their parents suspect found play. Within a month two more children studying in Asaram Bapu’s ashram gurukuls in Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh were found dead in unusual circumstances.

Punjabi also criticised the Gujarat police for not giving permission to the Jagega Gujarat Sangharsh Samiti, a group of organisations seeking thorough investigations, to hold a 72-hour protest at the Income Tax circle here.

‘We have taken this matter to high court and the hearing is on Monday,’ Punjabi said

Ahmedabad bandh against asaram ashram deaths

AHMEDABAD: Ahmedabad came to a standstill on Friday over the mysterious death of two boys at an ashram run by spiritual leader Asaram Bapu. 

The Congress-backed bandh called by residents was marred by violence and attacks on journalists allegedly by supporters of Asaram Bapu.

Mobs, angry over the tardy pace of police probe into the deaths, torched vehicles and pelted stones at several places. The decomposed bodies of cousins Abhishek Vaghela (11) and Dipesh Vaghela (10) were found on July 6 on the banks of Sabarmati river near Sardar Patel stadium, about 2.5 km from Asaram Bapu Gurukul.

The boys, reported missing by the Ashram authorities a few days before their bodies were found, were enrolled in class V and VI.   

On Friday, Asaram Bapu went to the house of Diptesh’s father Praful Vaghela but was barely there for three minutes before he was hounded out.

Vaghela, who has been observing ‘maun vrat’, or vow of silence, for the last four days to protest the deaths of his son and nephew, ordered that all the things the Bapu had touched be burnt. Even the mat he sat on was set ablaze.

Vaghela has alleged that the boys were killed and thrown into the river after some esoteric ritual at the ashram. Police are yet to search a cellar in the ashram which is guarded by white robed men.

Journalists beaten up by Asaram bapu’s supporters in Ahmedabad

Journalists were attacked and their equipment damaged on Friday by supporters of Asaram Bapu during a bandh called to protest the mysterious death of two boys studying in the ashram’s gurukul.

Supporters of Asaram Bapu came out with sticks and attacked a group of journalists who were outside the ashram in Motera on the outskirts of Ahmedabad.

“We were outside the ashram covering the bandh, when Bapu’s supporters came out and attacked us,” Gopi Ganghar of Aajtak television channel, who sustanined injuries in the incident, said.

“They also damaged equipment and outdoor broadcast vans of the news channel,” Ganghar, who was later hospitalised, said.

Bodies of the two boys, 11-year-old Abhishek Vaghela and 10-year old Dipesh Vaghela  were found on the banks of the Sabarmati river on July 5. They were reported missing from the ashram a few days before their bodies were found.
